A guide to editing customer details

Our Customer Details screen is found within a Customer and is used to updated fields collected during customer creation.

To edit customers details:

  1. Search for a customer.
  2. Or Open from existing Job or Appointment
  3. In the side bar navigation click Customer Customer Details.
  4. Open the first tab Titled Customer Details and completed basic details section.
  5. Complete the Property Address and if Required Billing Address Sections.
  6. Click Update Customer.
