Configuring Email Senders

You can edit 3 fields when configuring existing email senders

• Email Name
• Agent (a specific agent, or all agents)

Setting up A New Email Sender

1. Add Email Sender

2. Send Authorisation Email

3. Authorise the Activation

4. Return to the Email Sender screen

   Note: If the domain has already been DKIM validated, the Email will now be fully verified

5. To Validate DKIM, click “✔️ Validate DKIM”

   

6. Send these files to your domain admin

   Tip: Once you have fully validated your Email Sender, you can select the Sender option from the list when configuring Email Types
